Humbert Memorial Scholarship

William A. Humbert was a charter member of the Bel Air Community band and was an active member until illness in 2000 forced him to quit. Bill was not only a member of the band, he served as its President for 10 years. Bill's contribution to music in Bel Air extended beyond the band though, he was instrumental in the creation of the Bel Air Summer Concert Series and was the organizer of the concerts until 2001. It was in his honor that the William A. Humbert Memorial Scholarship was created. More information about Bill and the scholarship in his honor can be found here.
